GRAPHIC DESIGN

You may enter Graphic Design projects in the following Categories:

CLOSED
TYPOGRAPHY

A type-focused piece that is laid out in such a way to achieve the desired visual effect and convey the overall meaning or story.

BRANDING

Identity development of a company, person, or product. A defined logo and other complementary graphic elements/materials/collateral reflect the look and feel of that brand.

VECTOR GRAPHIC

A graphic that can be manipulated to any degree without any loss of quality. Note: A logo is not sufficient for this category – please look at branding.

INFOGRAPHIC

A visual layout with multiple charts, symbols or diagrams that are used to represent information or data over a particular topic.

PRINT MEDIA

Any commercial application that uses a design theory or concept such as packaging, layout (grids), etc.

MANIPULATED DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION

An original drawing developed by the student and creatively manipulated using a photo editing software.
Note: We are no longer accepting photography. This is an original illustration only.

Your project should be saved and submitted as a .pdf and displayed on one artboard or page (no multi-page pdfs). Your artboard may be as large as you need to fit materials – however, keep in mind file size. Your file size should not exceed 1gb. The judges can scroll to see the full artboard. However, materials should be laid out in such a way that things are visible and readable for the judge.
